At Tang Heritage, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our historically-inspired fashion. If your piece is not a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all traditional tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the garment and place it back in its original silk-lined packaging along with the completed return form to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the garment for integrity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
